How do I find the products I want to order?

You have three options, each of which is listed on the left hand side of your screen. You can select products by using the:

"Model Number" option

If you know the exact model number or part of the model number of the product you would like to order, all you need to do is to enter the number (or part thereof)in the text box provided and then click on the "search" button.

If you know the exact model number using this option will link you directly to the product you would like to order and will provide you with product information relating to the product, including price, product description, dimensions, etc. You are then given the option of adding the product to your basket. If you only know part of the model number, using this option will link you to a page listing the product options beginning with the number entered. You will then need to click on "info" to receive information about the product you require and to be given the option of adding the product to your basket.

"Shop by Manufacturer" option
To shop by manufacturer all you need to do is to click on the name of the manufacturer of the product you wish to order, where it appears in the column on the left hand side of your screen. This will link you to a page that lists all products available from your selected manufacturer categorised by product type. It is important at this time to decide whether you wish to buy a product that is built-in or freestanding (these terms are described more fully in the glossary below).
Once you have made this decision, all you need to do is to click on the product type that you wish to order where it is listed under the appropriate column.

"Shop by Product" option
